Hello guys and gurls, I came up with this idea to create a CruiseControl mod.

This mod will drive your car to a set way point that you have pinpointed on your map.

At first this mod idea raised a lot of questions but I have been using it for the past week now and i have to say, it works really well for street patrols.

Once the mod has been installed press the menu key(Check your settings in the "CruiseControl.ini").

Setup the settings like the Cruise Control speed, etc. (Use the arrow keys to set values and Navigate.)

Set your way point then hit start key(Check your settings in the "CruiseControl.ini").

There are 3 settings in the speed control, they are 10, 20 and 30.

10 is traffic speed, 20 is a little faster then traffic speed and 30 is too fast and should be used for highway use.

You do know that the simple native trainer also has a automatic drive option with changable speed?

snt trainer sucks people who dont want their keyboard taken over with 100s of useless functions dont use that crap

yeah that's true but it would be good for people who don't have the trainer

It would be really nice if it didn't say cruise control on because I wan't to use it for recording purposes

I think you can change what it says in the script file. I am not 100% sure though. Great work to the maker! :D

I have tried, tested and used this mod to death and love it, I can have my lunch or dinner and watch m patrol take place without a single interaction of my cursor keys, well done very nice and 8/10. now you promise me that you will put a hundred percent into making my patrol do WAYPOINTS instead of a WAYPOINT and I will get you something nice for Christmas. Is it a bug that makes my police car go into suicide mode once he gets to his destination? fix it please and get ten out ten..
