But can't you download 1.0.d (my version)

(I don't know how to change it with 0.95)

If you have problems with the installation:

Then you go to your gta iv folder (after installation ) , the Prosecuting LCPDFR map Then you need ' mainmenu.png ' search and replace with the downloaded file.

Its problems with 1.0 in Multiplayer and the game crash VERY MUCH!!
