About
This changed the default loading screen and menu to a LCPDFR theme. I plan to continue updating it as I get time. I made this in a few hours and is my first mod so please leave feedback!
How to Install
You must have SparkIV or OpenIV. I prefer SparkIV.
- Extract the Zip Folder
- Open Spark IV or Open IV
- Navigate to GTAIV/pc/textures
- In /textures click on loadingscreens.wtd and edit it
- Import 1_2.png, 2_2.png, 3_2.png, 4_2.png, 5_2.png, 6_2.png, 7_2.png, 8_2.png, 9_2.png, and gta.png into loadingscreens.wtd. Click Save.
- In /textures click on select_menu.wtd and edit it
- Import eflc_select.png and gta_iv_logo.png into select_menu.png. Click Save.
- Now just save the whole directory and play the game!
