This ICEnhancer was intended to create a perfect balance between a beautiful city and amazing looking ELS lights. I took the original ICEnhancer 1.35 that Ice La Glace created and edited a large portion of the files to create an amazing looking game.

Known Bugs in v1.0:

- Night and Lightning will make your ELS about 2x brighter.

- EXTRASUNNY2 will make some things have a purple tint.

I get about 45-55 fps during the day and 55-60 fps during the night on all max settings, 1080p, and view and detail both about 30.

Yes, go to common/data/visualsettings.dat, and look for Other Emissive Lights. Then change the car.defaultlight.emissive.on to a lower number. Mine is 3750.00.

Yes I did. I am still working on it. Try 2500-3000 if it is just too bright. ICEnhancer really does dim the lights so yea... I just wanted to share this with the people that wouldn't mind tinkering this a bit to make it look the way they wanted it to look.

There are other ways to make your els brighter besides turning up the emmissive lights!

Night lighting really isn't a bug, lights do get brighter at night, they look dimmer at day because of the sun. But if you don't like it, you can call it a bug.
