Very very simple command to force GTA IV into windowed mode

Note: I do not own this script i just created the file it is a simple command for GTA IV (Its an original idea just compiled for use)

Is there anyway to make it fullscreen windowed as some games have now? I mean so that you won't see the _ square X in the upper part :)

Look at your screen now, the upper right corner you see the red ( X ). He's asking if it could be made full screen were you don't see the border around the screen.
