this Mod replace the ugly faces and GTA IV White Cop styled face with GTA V Ped Faces. This mod also inlcluding three faces from Olanovs GTA V Cop from Video new White LSPD Ped mod

I've seen much GTA V Heads for GTA IV. They all are great but they have no moving mouths (just a small detail). Has your mod moving mouths?
