I got the car through the roleplay clan that I am in. (Skin is owned by the clan) I'm not sure if the car is owned by the clan though. Will try find that out for you.

Unfortunately the PA300 doesn't have a phaser =(

I have my ELS siren key mapped to Numpad 3

So when I have my siren on the wail with the standard GTA IV key "G",

then I just tap Numpad 3 a couple of times

so the noise and no lights HELP!!!!
