Nobody made a mod that replaces the GTA IV police siren with the one from GTA V, so I decided to make it for the people that want it.

Simply replace the horns.ivaud file in your game with this one. (Be sure to back up your original though.)

@ Everybody - The enb is icenhancer 2.1 with the light emission setting thing set at 200. I forgot to change the config for the lights, that's why it shines red on the ground. The CVPI is from NB's mega car pack volume 1 1.0 with a custom skin I made.
