my resident.rpf folder is empty and won't allow me to import the HORNS.invaud file... can someone help? thnx

@sgFitz when you open resident.rpf click on RESIDENT on the top left and the list should pop out

I like the siren, but the recording quality is very bad. I have the mp3s from the federal signal website, but I simply can't get the sirens working in game after importing with gtaivaud 1.5 and Spark 0.70. Maybe you could have better luck converting directly from the source mp3s.
