+ Thehurk Thanks extra_9 finally works, but this file disabled the water deck gun on the firetruk. any chance you could fix that ? 

EDIT: just add the following:

<zmp:key name="turret_1barrel" type="l" value="45666"/>
            <zmp:key name="turret_1base" type="l" value="65015"/>
            <zmp:key name="weapon_1a" type="l" value="42814"/>

For me extra_6 is still not working. This file only fixed extra_9 for me. Does anybody know why extra_6 might not be working?
(I don't have double extra_6)

This didn't work for me at all and the install instructions aren't that good, can someone help me with this plz!!!!

EDIT: http://forum.zmodeler3.com/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=7343     go there bottom of olegs post which is first post , at the literal bottom of  his first  post are 2 downloads one is called  gta_parts.xml click it to download thats  this file and place  it into your install folder inside of the zmodeler 3 main folder ,  start zmodeler 3 an gain erection

This may be late, but I'm having the same problem with the xml disappearing when I relaunch Zmodeler3 @Thehurk
