Does anyone know what lightbars these are, and if it is available in GTA?? It doesn't matter if you only know the name of one, but two would be great!

Look like some whelen bars, maybe a code 3...or a fed sig...not sure....top looks like a fed sig product....bottom might be whelen..

Whelen Liberty. There's a few cars out there with this lightbar.

They're all Whelen Liberty lightbars, the only difference is that some have different layouts. There are many layouts that you can choose from or even request with the Liberty and it will be fitted to suit your requirements.

It's based off the Toronto Police Service. Car's are from a TV series called "Rookie Blue".

Yes, it's rookie blue. I made a skin to match the rookie blue one. But need a similar crown vic to match.

EDIT: I've actually decided to make my own cvpi using the link that GTAIVCode3 provided, I originally was to lazy to do it myself but can't find one that suit my needs.
