It should be fine to be used for anything, regardless of size. And I think you can change the size when you are viewing the texture layers in sparkIV with the dropdown (but I may be wrong)

There are two things this could be if I understand you correctly: Actual random dispatches (frequency can be altered in config file) if you are using the latest version of trafficflow, and by this I mean actual emergency vehicles that are moving about the map. OR Ambient noise that just plays sirens or police speeches in the distance randomly. I think these may be localised to certain areas of the map but I don't believe you can change them easily, or at all.

They look great, are there non ELS versions by any chance?

RDR was and still is the best game I have ever played, bar none. I don't even recall encountering any memorable bugs, it was perfect. I wish I had played the DLC though. Also spoilers Harper, what are you doing man?!

Most of the Dev team uses EFLC so if there any issues like one we have at the moment where a callout is inside a building that is only available in EFLC it won't effect you if you get it too. In other words, if you're using EFLC, things that the developers do that are EFLC specific will work correctly for you. You'll also have access to more police cars (police charger, police bike, police stinger pursuit car) and more character models. So yeah if it's only to play LCPD:FR, get EFLC and use The Ballad of Gay Tony. But I advise anyone to get it on Steam because if you ever break your game you can just use steam to repair it rather than totally reinstall it.

GTAIV is the the major plot (can take upwards of 24 hours to complete) that progresses you through the games features and the map. EFLC is just the DLC games The Ballad of Gay Tony and The Lost & Damned that are mini campaigns and take maybe 8 or 10 hours to complete. EFLC has more cars, more guns and more extra things to do I guess.

It's probably because the paintjob of the default fib buffalo is '0,0,8' which I think has a shiny silver specular colour that contrasts with the black base colours.

If you don't own the Episodes for Liberty City DLC, you'll have to buy it from a retail store, games for windows live marketplace or steam. If you want to install LCPD:FR onto your copy of EFLC, you just install the mod as per normal but make sure the install location is your EFLC folder. Then just run the game, pick which you want to play and press alt+P ingame to start the mod. If you have any problems starting or installing the mod but your copy of EFLC runs fun, refer to the support documentation (linked in my signature)

As this is not LCPD:FR specific, don't forget you could also try to google your error message to find out if anyone else has had it, post a support ticket with rockstar or contact Amazon for support. I am unable to help you directly though unless by any chance you got given a steam key form Amazon, I'd recommend installing it with steam.

Not sure if I should be posting this here or in the suggestions forum but I've been looking at the securicar and the armoured guards for it and I had another callout idea: Distress call form armoured cash truck Could come in a number of varieties: Simple (stolen) securicar pursuit with heavily armed suspects driving. This would be an interesting take on a pursuit as it's in a heavy (bulletproof/really strong) vehicle Car under fire while parked - just spawns with some Gruppe Sechs guards surrounded by gang members shooting at them. Car under fire while driving - securicar is driving and being attacked by armed suspects following it in a vehicle (if this is possible).

I doubt it but I'd say it has something more to do with the fact that your game window minimises when you press the keys. Just some really basic stuff I want to make sure is okay first: You are going on duty and picking an officer before you try to use the taser, right? By Alt-T you mean you are holding the (left)Alt key and then pressing the T key while the alt button remains pressed? Do you have any other mods installed that might conflict? What if you made the files and folers inside gtaivcommondata not read-only?

Are you pressing alt-tab rather than alt-T?

Does it give you any kind of error message at all? Are you running the installer as administrator? Have you made sure the files and folders inside commondata are not read only?
