If you switch to Stage 2 lighting on your traffic stop, they shouldn't arrive stage 3. It's a limitation of the game/ELS.

Please make sure you're uploading the most recent log, the file named RagePluginHook.log, from your GTA main folder.

Without your RagePluginHook log, it's difficult to accurately diagnose the problem, but I noticed you're missing the folders for all of Bejo's mods except StopThePed.

If most of them are callouts, how do you know if they aren't being loaded?

Like I said, I would troubleshoot your ini problem by changing one thing at a time and figuring out which setting is causing the problem. Start with the default ini.

Do you mean your game (not LSPDFR) crashed? If you were using an old version of STP before, make sure you installed the Localization.ini file in the StopThePed folder for the new version.

FiveM and single player resources are different. LSPDFR and FiveM are not compatible. I recommend seeking answers on the FiveM forums.

Please make sure you're uploading the most recent version of your Rage log. It is located in your GTA folder and is simply called RagePluginHook.log (no numbers). The log you uploaded shows the same error.

The dialogue shown at the bottom of the screen is handled by the plugin. If the plugin uses XML file that let you customize the questions and responses, make sure there are no errors in the XML files. If you aren't sure if there are errors, then reinstall them. If the plugin does not use customizable XML files, then the dialogue is handled internally by the plugin, which means there's an issue with the plugin if the dialogue is not appearing.
