  8. The newest EFLC Patch is 1.1.2.0. Don't forget to delete all of your mods and dsound.dll before installing.
  9. If you would deactivate the ELS mod the Lights would be still there. ELS use extras, you have to remove those in Zmodeler and thats only possible if the car is unlocked.

  13. IVSA was made for EFLC too. Try to install it and maybe you can change the vehicles later. IVSA also needs a vehicle.img
