    But you cant on Multiplayer, I started to make a AirHorn mod, And the dual siren part sorta just made its way in.

    There is a mod, Its called DLM(Dash Light Mod) Its no longer up for download(as i searched google), If you find it your lucky.

    If you remove Paul.dll it bypasses RGSC And still allows you to play online.

    The only thing im having problems with is the Multi-Player, Its unplayable, If your playing with someone else you crash almost immediately.

    If GTA4 Goes to steam, And runs off there servers, That means no MODS, Steam will be banning people for them. So lets just hope they dont go to steam servers.
