Well I am wondering if you can have your civilian car for example modded and press a button to make it work like a police cruiser and maybe be able to put a light on the roof just with a click of a button is there such a mod or is it even possible?

    There is a mod, Its called DLM(Dash Light Mod) Its no longer up for download(as i searched google), If you find it your lucky.

    You could look for cars that use Extra Moving Parts. I highly doubt one exists but maybe someone made a car with this mod that has a flashy light?

     

    Other than that I don't think any such mod exists anymore. Namely due to ELS taking over all lighting.
