Sorry as i do not know where to put this post, Admin please move if not correct area. So far ive looked on here and have not found any GTASA DEV Vehicle Models, Does anyone know where to find them if there are any?

I dont remember how i fixed it last time but, I just installed a new siren and now the audio for opening doors/heli sound/tire screeching is all bugged out now. Is there any way of fixing this without changing the siren?

What do you mean running to fast? Like ELS?

I can run a clean install fine, no problems, As soon as i install any script/plugin/sound/car/ or any mod, the game decides its not going to work and crash, Either at startup or loading into the game. ive been going at this for 3 HOURS trying to figure out what is going on. Ive reinstalled GTA4 several times, Verified its files through steam several times... NOTHING, Does anyone know what the issue is? EDIT: Fixed Was shadowPlay messing everything up
