I totally agree with c13 on this we dont have a reliable witness to refute the officer's statements because he is the friend of the victim and a possible accomplice to the crime that caused them to be stopped by the police in the first place so of course he is going to support his friend. Furthermore this happened in a predominately black community and the victim happened to be black and the officer happened to be white. So of course the community is going to blame the big bad racist police for killing an unarmed "innocent man". But if the officer was black what difference would that make that officer was attacked and he was fighting for control of his weapon any person in that situation would use any force necessary to protect themselves officer or not. And the victim was a big boy so unless that officer was big too he was gonna be at a disadvantage and he probably thought his life was in danger. Furthermore the victim isnt as innocent as he is portrayed to be he was a suspect in a strong arm robbery and look at his pictures hes "mean mugging" the whole time, This was no boy scout but did he deserve to die who knows?? We may never know what truly happened because we only have the officers version of events. I think its just disgusting that people will use any excuse to steal and loot stores, yea i know your poor and all that inner city disadvantage crap but that gives you the right to damage property burn down buildings and take whatever you want. And all because the police were doing their job???????? In the aftermath i think the police only reacted to the actions of the protesters sure not everyone was violent and looting but the protests were getting out of hand and the police had to crackdown in order to maintain order. Now hopefully that the police have changed their tactics and their is a new leader the protests will remain peaceful and the community and Law Enforcement can communicate and resolve the issues that they have.

I was waiting for someone to bring this up! I'm very excited and the sequel is long overdue. I'm slightly disappointed that there are only german units again and most likely it will be in german but that is to be expected since its a german game. I just hope that there is still freeplay and they have made improvements to the game. And if not then we can just wait for the mods!

I would love to see another Getaway, black monday was great because you were a cop and had the cars. I would really like to see an open world game in the UK even GTA i could see why it didnt sell so well but i heard there were plans for another sequel but it was cancelled. I love true crime NY! Even with all the bugs that game was ahead of its time because of the street crimes and taser and the fact that you could add lights and a push bar to virtually every car. They should make another sequel but just make it less buggy. I also think that the first saints row was the best the second one was decent but it just got worse from there. The first crackdown was great i never played the sequel because its an xbox exclusive but i heard there is another one coming out.

I'm not sure where this fool is getting his information but he the man did not die thus he is not a murderer and he has definitely not been convicted because this hasn't even gone to trial! Furthermore everyone is just jumping to conclusions just like another case i wont mention. I live in the area and there was no indication that the victim and suspect knew each other but who knows why he stabbed him. But the victim appears to be of the same race so this wasn't racially motivated. I'm not defending this kid or anything he did but i think the father went too far on this. And the police letting it go is setting a bad example. Yes what he did was wrong and disgusting but keep in mind this guy is only 18 hes a kid himself and if this has been going on for years it started when he was young too so perhaps he was confused and didn't know what he was doing. Regardless if your doing this type of behavior at such a young age then you have problems and need professional help. That being said how far did the dad need to go to restrain this kid??? Probably not much the dad was probably bigger than him and just his presence alone would have stopped the battery. The dad even said the kid was laying in the fetal position in a pool of blood. That was overkill and he was just taking out his anger on that kid because he was angry and disgusting by what he witnessed. But does that make it okay to give him a free pass to beat the shit out of the kid? I think that's questionable. This case is getting alot of media attention and he is going to have to register as a sex offender and hes gonna have to deal with this for the rest of his life in addition to what ever prison time he gets. He may just wish that we stoned people in the US.

What some of you are suggesting is ludicrous! Any gang versus Law Enforcement would not win! Yes a gang could ambush 1 or 2 officers because the bad guys are always gonna have the advantage but once that happens then your gonna have the Largest Gang in the world on your ass and they most likely are going to kill you. Now lets just say there's a large shootout with heavily armed gang members. Let me give you an example a year ago or so here in Florida there was a shootout between 2 biker gangs. Almost every Law Enforcement Agency in this region responded to that call. No officers where even hurt or targeted and the response was swift and heavy. Down here almost every uniformed officer/deputy is going to have a high powered rifle or a shotgun so they are gonna be pretty prepared. So if something like that happened anywhere in the US every cop that could get there would. Another example is the tragic situation that just happened in California and that was 3 heavily armed gang members. Guess who won that battle? Law Enforcement, this isnt 1997, Law Enforcement learned alot after the North Holly Wood shootout and it shows.

Well i kinda agree with you i cant imagine not having a ton of lights on police cars but at the same time its still interesting to see the cars of that time and i love cars from the 70s on because they had full lightbars.

I watched this in the academy, very tragic situation but he allowed him to control the situation and he never should of let him get back into that truck. For those of you that aspire to be or are currently in Law Enforcement its a powerful lesson that you never know what is going to happen and officer safety should be your number one priority. Because no matter what your going home everyday.

Well i downloaded the mod when it first came out and i had 1.0.40 then and the pursuit crash was gone but now im getting it after re installing everything and the person above me has 1.0.6.0 and he is having the crash too so i dont know if that is the issue.

I would like to see more realistic calls like police actually get like domestic violence calls or a reckless driver call or an assualt or rape or murder things that actually happen frequently and maybe the calls could be more involved not just pressing a button until your finger hurts. Also maybe actually arresting people it feels like im a murderer all you do is kill people and thats not what being a cop is all about
