The model or just the texture? Model is made from zmodeler or something, it's not mine btw Textures can be made using Photoshop or even Paint -

@lynyrd If you try to put a texture on your rims and your cvpi has one already, the first one will be visible all the time. To make it fit pick a CVPI that has just a black steel rims and into vehicles img edit its wtd file, make the texture you want fit into the original rim texture (wich is the black one) I Know this rims are shitty because it looks weird, but i like it and anyway they're alwas moving so i'm not staring at them all the time.
