Well in the old rage plugin when you pressed P it brought the in game menu up. Now in the newest rage hook plug ins it no longer has the problems that's why im saying your mod is using the old buggy rage hook plug in. I don't know how but it is!.- 125 comments

Yes. and i have the cars installed right now and game still don't work.

well it all happened after i updated open IV. and installed cars. i went to load the game got to the GTA logo and it stopped responding. where do i find this diagnostics report log dump? I have also re install the game and that did not fix the problem.
