  1. You can also use OpenIV but SparkIV is a little more user friendly I think.
  2. I have it now, you can delete this Justin. Thanks
  3. I haven't had the greatest luck with people when it comes to asking them for a link to their stuff... I may have found it though. Just waiting to hear back from someone, if I get it you can close this if you want.
  4. Does anyone have a link to the file that Yakadafi released awhile ago with the 4 CVPI rims? I overwrote the one I need by accident and no longer have the original zip file on my computer. If anyone has a link or can upload it I would really appreciate it. I found a link but its dead since he deleted everything. Either PM me or reply --Thanks
  5. Not to bad, a little to plain for me but some people like it that way. I think it needs some graphics or more color but thats just me. Good job, look forward to seeing more.
  6. 1) I use to drive to the police station to start a shift but now I just do "force duty" and spawn a police character and car with SNT. I have every police station saved in SNT as a teleport location if I want to move around quickly. 2) Yes I use modded vehicles, Police = Slicktop CVPI, Pol2 = CVPI w/Whelen Justice, Noose = Charger w/Whelen Justice, FBI = CVPI w/Tomar Blade, PolPatriot = BxBugs newly released 2010 Unmarked Tahoe. <Favorite car ATM 3) I love ELS, I think it makes the game experience so much more enjoyable. I've never played w/o it and never will. No damage and the door bug is alright with me. 4) I prefer to patrol Algonquin and Dukes/Broker. Depends on what I'm wanting to do also, ie arrest prostitutes, speeders. 5) Advanced car control mod, lots of texture changes to vehicles/character models, Sams Area Livery mod, gun flashlight mod, less overtake, radar mod. I play hardcore mode, when someone flees I don't like having a dot showing where they are. I think it takes away the realism and adds some difficulty so you have to watch where they go and drive more cautious so you don't crash and lose them. I like to patrol around at night, sit and try and catch speeders, traffic violations, equipment violations. Go unmarked and arrest guys who pick up hookers. Sometimes I'll accept calls but not to often. I just like to respond to a shots fired call or shoot-out in progress call once and awhile. "Suspects fleeing" is a fun call to.
  7. Wow Ridgerunner this is great. I remember back when you first posted this in the WIP section. So glad to see it finally released. I made the same mistake of replacing the file in componentpeds then I realized it had to go in the pedprops archive. After I fixed it everything was fine. Looks really good
  8. Wow, thats very unique. Not really my style though...
  9. This, or a less expensive option would be to turn down all your settings and figure out where your computer runs the game best.

  12. I think that ELS makes the LCPD:FR experience what it is. Personally I could care less about bullet holes or broken glass. I'd rather have my lightbar flashing like a rave while I'm chasing after a suspect. Although it is somewhat unstable (V6) I think ELS is awesome. I've never used the normal IV light system and never will. I agree 100% with Nutt and that ELS could be better but I'll take it any day over the normal white/red rotatory lights. I still drive with caution when responding or chasing. ELS doesnt make me drive like a mad man and crash into everything. I get more of a thrill with ELS
  13. Mods which work for other people may not work for you. So no one can really put together a pack thats guaranteed to work. This is something you will have to do for yourself. And if every mod you install causes your game to crash then your installing them wrong. Every car should NOT crash your game. You should make sure your installing your cars correctly. Plus there are hundreds of possible combinations of cars...
  14. You can't send us a link to a file directly on your computer (at least thats what the address looks like) upload the picture and then update your post
  15. That light bar on that Chicago PD Tahoe is a Code 3 RX2700CC
  16. I think thats what your looking for.... if so here is the link http://www.mediafire.com/?nrq9j73sjxr4vk4

  19. Oh, sorry I was confused and thought I was on a different page when I wrote my last comment about the 3 different cars. Anyway...Link to the car - to the skin for that car - http://www.4shared.com/photo/9OpHSLSj/CVPI_yakadafi_amarillo.html?refurl=d1url----------------------------------If your using a cvpi by bxbugs then you need this skin(the templates are slightly different) - http://www.4shared.com/photo/doKlZoxB/BUGSCVPI_Amarillo.html?refurl=d1url
