Yes it is - you would find the Z3D file then and import it. Correct Tom? For the axis it depends on what view your in, if your in the front view it would be Z, if your in a side view is would be X. The axis are different depending on how your looking at it...You change it with the red, blue and green, XYZ at the top

I told you with the Z3D you need to just open it and export it to a WFT and then you can import it to the project car

99% of the cars out there are locked, so essentially you would need to create the same car in zmodeler and then put whatever lightbar on you wanted. You may have to create said lightbar if its not currently available unlocked

Wow, thats not asking a lot. That would literally take weeks of non-stop work. GTA V would be out before anyone would finish that.(If they are quality skins that is)

Just like he said its not possible. ELS works by using the "extras" which on normal default IV cars might be a body kit, different exhaust tips, hood scoops, etc. If it were even possible, this is the system that would be needed to spawn different lightbars but ELS takes up every spot of available "extras." I don't even think it would work, even if you could add different lightbars, making each one flash correctly and not having it be a big mess of lights would be an issue. So no, nothing like this exists and probably never will. Thats what multiple car slots are for....

You don't have anything installed according to the report. No GTA, no Asi, no scripthook, nothing. Missed the fact you removed the scripthook. When you defraged it could have removed vital things necessary to run the game. try re installing GTA. Thats probably your only option since it looks like when you defraged it removed whats needed to run the game

Sorry I like to take my time to work on my own projects and not spend all my time I have for modeling working on stuff for you. I don't think anyone has any idea how much time goes into a car. Its not something that can be thrown together in an hour. To take requests would take a ton of time and I've done it for a few people and its hard because your working to someone else's standard and wishes. You would not beleive how many PMs i get about custom car requests, if I honored them all I would be up to my shoulders in work. The ones I did do were people who approached me in a decent manner, not demanding a car or telling me that I'm going to do this for them like some of the PMs I get. I'm not saying the OP didn't ask in a decent manner, his request was perfectly fine and none of that which I said above was directed at him. Slimory said it perfectly before, Everything you said is entirely true, inbox gets raped - yes. Requests for the smallest changes to the same models - Yes. I would get requests for an extra light here or a lightbar there. But you said it perfectly, anyone looking for a reason modders don't take requests read this^

why can't you download it? You can try going to the store but if you bought it especially for download they probably wont do anything.

Its a problem with the taser, here is a fix. if that doesn't work then re-install FR but un-check install taser and then you wont have the install problem. You won't have the taser but at least you can play

i have no idea what you mean... Zmodeler? You installed zmodeler? Did you buy a unlock code? You should unzip the file, run the installer and it should install and then click the icon or find it in your program files

No, he released it a few months ago but there was massive problems with it so the file was taken down and haven't seen anything since then. Can't rush these things, just have to wait patiently until its done. Its possible he decided to stop working on that mod too so we might never see it

No, thats just the trial version. Its not a full trial either, some features are disabled. If you purchased it then its obviously a full version. If you didn't buy it though its either you can't import or you can't export with the trial version.

Flares were apart of a mod by Sniper called police tools or something like that but its still in the works.

Does no one want to take any time to look for anything anymore? It took me 10 seconds, if the video doesn't work or help you then you need to re-install LCPD:FR and DONT install the taser, the problem is with the taser

I don't see any pictures or links. You pause the game with ESC and navigate over to graphics and start turning things down, press spacebar to apply and enter to accept the changes when it asks.
