It should most definitely be legal but shouldn't be forced on anybody. It's up to the mother and what she wants to do. It's probably because those people have usually come to accept their fate and they can actually express it. I get where you're going but you can't really compare an adult human being to a baby still developing inside their mother. It isn't the same by far.

If you have doubts, you can call up the police department and confirm the person in question is a real cop. In Finland (and I can assume safely a lot of other European countries) we have numerous unmarked units and people don't have a problem with it. Should they have a problem, like I said, they can call up 911/corresponding emergency number. Anyway, the way this guy went on about enforcing his views on the matter was wrong in all honesty. Don't waste a cop's time because of something like this. You could always contact law makers directly, or maybe use other normal channels if you're trying to influence something.

Depends on what's going on, 30s+ sounds more plausible overall though. Liberty City is also a small city packed pretty tight with cops pretty much around every corner. Problem is the cops don't even bother showing up at all unless the scan succesfully finds the subject. It has no logic what-so-ever.

Ya, cuz dispatch wouldn't send a unit down to check out a 911 hang up. And should a crime occur, they just have to wait for CTOS scan to do anything before sending units down to what could be an active shooter mowing down people. I'm sorry, but no. While I like some ideas of the mod, the execution is pretty bad. Like the traffic lights. Cars just pile on up if you repeat the scheme. Even then they shouldn't just accelerate like mad.
