Usually RPH disappearing and not starting is linked to anti-virus flagging. If using Windows Defender, add an exemption for your GTA folder.

Can you send a screenshot of the issue? If you're having the same issue, make a seperate thread. Threads should only be replied to to provide support to the original poster.

You aren't missing RAGEPluginHook.log, you have file extensions hidden. The selected file is the log.

You mentioned your game was crashing but the log shows LSPDFR crashing? One of your LSPDFR custom data files is wrong (lspdfr/data/custom/stations_sahp.xml). Delete it or fix the XML issue.

LSPDFR only works on the most recent version of the game (memory patterns and hooks are used), if you revert, you'll no longer be able to use LSPDFR.
