    None of my decals have been working since I've installed LSPDFR and I wanted to try fixing it temporarily by moving the decals to the hats or glasses category but I'm not 100% sure how to Specifically I wanted to move decl_005_u from the mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_gunrunning_01 eup_componentpeds folder to either the hats or glasses category (any, i dont mind)

    the most downloaded vest/earpiece addon out there and for a good reason! i stayed away from the hassle of trying to add custom clothing and eup packs to my game but once i decided to give it a try, i found out how easy and game changing it actually was. this was one of the first packs i installed and 100% my favourite - full of high quality vests i still use to this day

    Works as intended on all my vehicles including my dlc cars - looks great at night as well and isn't too bright unlike other alternatives I definitely recommend giving this a try if your lights look dead at day
