Please note that virus scanners can pick up script modifications and plugins as viruses, based on what they do. Script modifications and plugins can make use of memory hooking and other techniques that can look malicious to virus scanning software. -

LSPDFR is designed for a vanilla (unmodified) game. Sadly, I don't know much about modded vehicles so I cannot answer that question. In regards to your crash, this is caused by ManiacCallouts but the primary cause is a vehicle not existing that should. This could be caused by a bug in ManiacCallouts, a bad vehicle (so mods folder) or high poly vehicle mods causing vehicles to be despawned more than they should be.

for that crash, no. That looks like it may be a bug in LSPDFR. I wouldn't expect it to happen very often.

I'm not seeing any crashes in your log linked to not being able to check for updates. Most plugins will continue without issue when not able to check for updates, although some exceptions exist. Make sure any firewall software you have doesn't block GTA5.

Glad it's working now. I wouldn't expect whether you have an adblocker on to affect the upload at all, so perhaps your issue was just a temporary one. I have had other users of satellite Internet complain about random upload issues at times, I will try and see if there's anything on our side that's making that worse.

Where did you find your version of RPH? You should be using the one included with LSPDFR, not downloading it from their website.
