ELS-H stands for halogen, and is what all "rotating" lightbars used prior to the in-game rotators being included in ELS V8. Basically it just uses emissive textures going around in a circle to imitate a rotation effect, it works on all slots, you just need to enable the option in the configuration file. There's a few tutorials lurking around somewhere but I don't have any on hand.

Rotators only work on the Police, Police2, Police3, Firetruck and Ambulance slots due to how the game is hardcoded. Nothing you can do but use these slots, or fake rotation with ELS-H.
I know what you mean. It's like how WAPOL are changing from the blue and white checkerboard to... whatever that is.

A Los Santos Police Department texture pack based on the Miramar Police Department. Completely changed the rear design to incorporate new details such as a flag, chevrons and the license plates. I've also added more roof markings so unit identification is possible from the air.Not every update, only when new vehicle content is added. Currently there are 12 patchday folders, but you can still use 11. Basically the way that it works is that the latest patch overrides all others.

I'm still mad that they added a CVPI to the one game set in Australia. It's a nice model though.That and the file sizes are absolutely MASSIVE. Fraps is like 15GBs for 2 minutes of footage. Personally I'd say ShadowPlay and Dxtory are the best, although I don't know if either of them will pick up popup windows and such in-game, unless you set it to record your desktop or something.Here's one of mine. Also, this belongs in the Grand Theft Auto V section. Moved. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.

I would do more but there just aren't many vehicles to go alongside it. I mean I guess I could throw these on a '96 Caprice too, but that's about it unfortunately. I have talked to Lundy about making some packs with matching lighting setups and such but he's quite out of Zmodeler at the moment and I don't have a clue how to map lights for V.- 12 comments
