I'm pretty sure OP is asking if its possible for it to get dark when it hits 5PM in-game (to I assume simulate winter daylight hours), not how to set the clock to 5PM.

The Falcon was always slimmer than the Commodore, although I think we had custom brackets as this one is a lot longer. These lightbars have been phased out completely though, the newer highway patrol vehicles (which I've never actually seen in person) either have the 21TRs or the MX7000s/HB203s/Excalibur? (can't really tell tbh), which is standard equipment for the WAPOL. Oh, this is what I was talking about last year with the dual bars on the paddy wagons. That's not a 21TR though, that's a XF2300?

Like I said last year, the old Highway Patrol cars here had Federal Signal Vectors. I miss them so much, they looked well cool. I haven't seen a Highway Patrol car in years now though. As far as I can tell they still exist, but they've obviously been phased out of my area as I used to see them all the time pre-2009.

Your processor maybe? I have a GTX 770 4GB and an i7 4770K and I get over 60 FPS even with VisualV installed at all times. This is on high and medium settings though, not maxed out. If I max the game I drop to like 25FPS.

Personally I find GIMP harder to use than Photoshop, but that's likely because I've trained myself on how Photoshop works. I use Photoshop for everything GTA V. I use a mixture of Photoshop and GIMP when I make textures for War Thunder.

I really don't think Trump being president changes much. Decisions still have to be put through the white house, congress, parliament and whatever first. If presidential elections are anything like politicians here in Australia it's a never ending cycle of who's hated the least.

ELS-H works on all slots, even civilian vehicles. I'm not quite sure how it was implemented into V8 though (if at all), due to DROT basically replacing it. I think you need a specific config setup.

Yes. Only in certain areas though, like the Snowy Mountains (name gives it away).
