The Wasteland - callouts for Bohan
Murphy909 replied to LtFlash's topic in Script Modifications Showroom
Hi LtFlash, This is by far my favourite set of callouts and I do look forward to more and potentially other Burroughs. If there's one thing I would love to see implemented is the use of the policescanner audio files to hear the dispatcher. Just wanted to highlight an error with you that I continuously received with one particular call out. The man unconscious callout works right up until I press F12 for ambulance. Then I get this error - [ERROR - 4:11:06 PM] [script.CalloutManager] Error while processing callout: ManDown: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at dh.a(VehicleSeat A_0, CModel A_1) at LCPD_First_Response.LCPDFR.API.LVehicleBase.CreatePedOnSeat(VehicleSeat seat, CModel model) at TheWasteland.Callouts.ManDown.RunEMS() at TheWasteland.Callouts.ManDown.Process() at h0.Process() [ERROR - 4:11:06 PM] [script.ManDown] System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at dh.a(VehicleSeat A_0, CModel A_1) at LCPD_First_Response.LCPDFR.API.LVehicleBase.CreatePedOnSeat(VehicleSeat seat, CModel model) at TheWasteland.Callouts.ManDown.RunEMS() at TheWasteland.Callouts.ManDown.Process() at h0.Process() [ERROR - 4:11:06 PM] [ExceptionHandler] dh.a(VehicleSeat A_0, CModel A_1) L_0041 LCPD_First_Response.LCPDFR.API.LVehicleBase.CreatePedOnSeat(VehicleSeat seat, CModel model) L_0000 TheWasteland.Callouts.ManDown.RunEMS() L_0158 TheWasteland.Callouts.ManDown.Process() L_0128 h0.Process() L_022e Not sure if its the script or something to do with my game. Once I received this error LCPDFR tends to crash shortly after. Regardless, still a great mod. -

SUSSEX POLICE TEXTURES PACK 1.0 Having been inspired by other mods on the market, I decided to modify my own take on LCPDFR based on my hometown. Having received a number of requests around the adaptations I made to my personal game, I have decided to make and official release so others can enhance their game to suit their needs. The only 3D model I have created myself is a pepper spray mod which is not included in this pack as its still a work in progress and more complex to install. Provided in this pack is a number of textures that relate to current Policing in a Sussex Town environment. I have provided the skins esited by me and added links in the credits so that you can download the correct files. I have added variations, which allows for further customisation. The majority of the files are textures however I have included models that I have edited having requested permission from the original authors. I have also customised a number of stations around the island, however these are not perfect. Things such as blips, vdh skins and edited road signs and Police signs have been included to fit in with the theme. This is quite an overhaul and I have been working on it for a few months, making little changes to fit in with mods that are released on LCPDFR. The aim was to get as closed as possible to a true representation of British Policing (Not easy considering the original setting). This wont be suited to everyone but if you like anything included, then simply download, pick and choose. These mods work best with Double Dopplers mods, so check out his page for the original files and models. INCLUDED: New skins for Dopplers Met Peds - Including: female officers, Traffic Officers with M/C rider option, male officers, Sgt's and Firearms. Skins for East Sussex Fire and Rescue ped/chief. Skins for vehicles used by Sussex Police: Ford Transit, Ford Focus, Mercedes Sprinter, BMW X5, Ford S-Max, BMW 3 series, BMW M/C and National Police Air Service Eurocopter. Skins for other services; East Sussex Fire and Rescue, South East Coast Ambulance, Brighton and Hove Buses and Streamline Taxis. New Police station Blips. MDT for LCPDFRs main menu. Skin for VDH personal helper. 8 customised Police stations. Sussex Police office. New road signs. Sirens by BritishPoliceMod (Closest representation to Sussex sirens in current service). REQUIREMENTS - Legal and working copy of GTA IV/EFLC patched to 1.0.7.0 - GTA IV Mod: ELS V7 or V8 I hope I haven't missed anything out. Any problems PM me. Also see my youtube account for ingame footage: https://www.youtube.com/user/TheMurphy909/videos Enjoy. -

CO-19 Arrive to challenge the suspect who tried to run. He quickly surrenders. **** So I finally managed to bumble my way through Autodesk3DS and create a half decent pepper spray for GTA4. It took 3 days of meddling to finally get the model to not only sit right, but put textures on parts of the model that did not have textures before. I did not realise how difficult it was going to be. I am pleased with the results and if I could just figure out how to create new animations for it, I might actually consider releasing it. At the moment it has simply replaced my pistol and it uses the same weapon coding as the taser, so very effective for quick incapacitation at a short range. Violent deaths in the capital have reduced :) -

There's a few texture mods floating around for adapting the Police station to represent the Metropolitan Police. I received a few emails and requests about my custom made doors and computer screens after posting a play through video on youtube a week ago: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dYoVTtVzMlw As a few people have asked for a release, I thought why not. The station mod credit goes to Abraxas vdH, this file will simply replace the interior doors and office monitors. Any problems or issues, please feel free to PM me. Murphy909. -

Here the first attempt at CS spray model. It needs tweaking, but I only learned how to use Autodesk3d today on the fly. Not bad for a first attempt. Just need to sort out position and textures and we're there. -

Repeated crashes on GTAIV but not EFLC.
Murphy909 replied to Murphy909's topic in GTA IV & LCPDFR Support
Right just an update in the hope someone can help answer and assist in figuring out why the crash occurs. I now dont think its memory as I have customised my EFLC with all the same brit mods and a few extras and it runs perfectly fine. So why EFLC and not GTA4 both were bought on steam separately. Its very odd, but as its working, Im just going to have to stick with EFLC which is no bad thing, but if anyone can figure out the answer based on the advancedhook then I would love to know whats wrong and why GTA 4 crashes. If interested heres a showcase video I recorded today of a LCPFR 1.0a play through with the mods I use: -
Hello, I seem to have hit a brick wall and though I have tried identifying and fixing the problem myself, I have had no luck. From what I can see only one other person has mentioned the same text, however it was just in passing comment rather then someone asking for a solution. Basically I run EFLC with 1.0a; ELS7, few car mods, Yard/Custos cops, Traffic flow and vdh scripts. Since 1.0a, I have no crashes or issues. I have also a modified GTA4 game which is separate from my EFLC, which I run using same scripts but with Double Dopplers British mods/sounds and ELS setup. Prior to 1.0 this worked perfectly with 0.95 and I was able to run in max settings and multiple texture mods and high end enb (Natural tweak II). Since 1.0 and 1.0 a I crash pretty much whenever something significant happens such as a call out, or arresting someone. I dont think I have made it past 5 minutes of gameplay without a crash. I have repeatedly checked the logs per crash and none suggest anything untoward other then the Advancedhook which shows GTAIV as a faulting module and most commonly faults a process of F9000. All my c++ and net is up to scratch. I did a clean install of GTAIV, added the brit cars and peds, changed the enb to theimcraig 2.0 added same scripts similar to my EFLC. Still crashes. Changed the ELS settings to be less demanding, still crashes. Always a couple of mins into duty. I really cant figure this one out, especially as I dont think its the ped and car models, as I have already seen others using the same models and 1.0 on youtube vids. I'm baffled and can only assume its a memory issue, even though EFLC works fine on max settings with a demanding enb. If anyone could shed some light I would be grateful. LCPDFR 1.0 crashes in various situations
Murphy909 replied to killerschlumpf's topic in GTA IV & LCPDFR Support
Managed to get 40 mins of gameplay before this: It occurred during a pursuit, just as one suspect bailed on foot and was surrounded by officers, the second suspect continued to make off in a car. Just as I pulled up close to the car....bam: ERROR - 1:37:45 PM] [] System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at freval_19.eval_fr0(Single A_0, freval_101 A_1, Vector3 A_2) at freval_27.eval_fr0(Single A_0, freval_101 A_1) at freval_100.fr7(freval_202 A_0) at freval_3.eval_fr2(freval_202 A_0) at freval_37.fr8() at freval_27.fr8() at LCPD_First_Response.Engine.Main.fr2() Seeing as this thread mentions the issue, I'll put in my spec in the hope it helps toward resolving the issue. Also speaking of problems, I had major issues running the game whilst using game booster. Anyone using booster might want to try without, if you are suffering repeated crashes.
