Random Music Playing
I had spyware on my computer once that did that, even when I wasn't using a browser. It would intermittently play clips of music or ads at random points and was basically unkillable. Sounds like the problem you're having. Have you tried a simple spyware/adware/malware scan?

New Blue
Sounds great! I definitely agree. Looking forward to a Libby-d Caprice. :D The just Trooper marking was actually intentional. That idea came from the NYSP, whom have been cutting State out of State Trooper on the front fenders of their newer cars (FPIs, FPIUs) due to a lack of real estate. However, having looked back at this skin, and having realized I can actually fit State Trooper across the fenders of even FPIs and FPIUs, I've decided to revisit this and add "State" back on.

New Blue
From the album: Blaze Plays V
Two SAHP units watching over morning traffic heading into Los Santos. Pack is coming together quite nicely. Have Chargers, FPIS's and now Caprices done. Hmm what next? AWESOME models by the talented @Kane104 and @Mr. Kindness757 (I just wish the Caprice had mapped license plates! lol) -

Darkness Falls...
Apology unnecessary! Thanks for the compliment! The pleasure was all mine - 'tis a fine model indeed. I'm currently considering making this into a pack that would fit everything, let alone Hurk's CHP Pack.

More from project blue... Decided to go with a darker shade of blue on newer units (Chargers, FPI's etc.) because frankly, the cyan-ish blue just seemed a little bit weird on em. And, we're back to red and blue lighting. AND! After @Lundy called me out on my license plate half-assery, I finally made some new plates from scratch. I think these really complete the look, but let me know what you think! Also, HUGE shoutout to @Mr. Kindness757 for this awesome Charger. I absolutely love this thing, and I'm not usually a fan of Chargers. Nice work, man. Pack release? Hmm... More pics below: -

[REL] Realism Dispatch Enhanced 3.1.1
Hey all. Quick question that might be a dumb one, so please don't kill me if this has been answered and I missed it... Is there a particular reason that I can't change the wheels on some RDE vehicles, even using a trainer? For instance, my hwaycar2 wheels seem to be stuck on stock for some reason.

All Blue?
Interesting. So is that the reason that a lot of the times windows and glass in general sort of pops in and out in the editor? I suppose it explains the wheel phenomena as well?

All Blue?
@LundyYeah I kinda threw the plate together. Really not a fan of it tbh, and I'll be replacing it soon. And yes, you can't get anymore generic than the SAHP/CHP badge. That started as a placeholder, but I honestly grew to like it. I think it actually matches the rest of the livery pretty well. As far as the spotlights and the wheel-holes, you'll have to ask @Windows446 about that. It's his NHP Vic. I have yet to do any V modelling yet that didn't turn out disastrously. But soon......... Good eye though, and I think you're right. Something's definitely up. Look at this picture from a previous session. The holes and wheels in general seem to be fine. Wondering if it's something to do with the R* Editor. This screenshot below was taken with the "phone", whereas the screenshot above was in the Editor, and notably, in the editor, the front door trim popped in and out of existence several times while I was shooting.

Hate to admit it, as I'm usually a red/blue guy, but I think all blue lighting works very nicely with this livery. I might stick with it :X There experiments continue... -
Something Different
From the album: Blaze Plays V
Got tired of the old CHP setup, and seeing how highway patrol is one of my favorite LSPDFR activities, decided to give a custom scheme a shot. This is very, very heavily based on the classic NHP scheme, with a few modern touches added. Still not 100% satisfied with it, but I'd love to hear some feedback on this concept. -

Traffic Unit
I love this project. This is probably the most unique CVPI, or even just police car in general, for V right now. Love all the era specific lighting matched with the 16" wheelcovers. This car looks like it has a story behind it, like maybe it's one of the last of it's kind in the fleet but it's still hangin' in there, or something. Regardless, it's got character, and I feel like that's something we don't see often from modelers nowadays. Everyone's too concerned with where they can fit a traffic adviser so they don't think outside the box. Anyways, good work! And kudos to you, sir. EDIT: I of course am referring to the McDermott unit, not the LAPD hybrid.

Hey baby, are you a Caprice 9C1? Because you're the only 9 I C
There is so much I love here. The pickup line. The strobes (with an actual strobe pattern in use). The old school Chevy PPV graphics. The 9C1 itself. Glorious all around! My only suggestion would be to desaturate the emissive textures a bit for a more realistic flash. Those colors there are LED levels of rich.
