  3. Hero540 (hey old buddy!) hit the nail on the head with his post. Just to add onto that: Using a vape is simple - you load up the cartridge with your preferred substance (be it nicotine oil or hash/marijuana oil/wax), screw it onto the battery/heating element, hold the button down for a few seconds while inhaling, release the button and hold in the vapor as desired. If you're used to smoking, you will notice that it feels, well, not so much like smoking. That being said, if you take a big pull, you may not realize it until you exhale that you've taken a big pull. Thus, expect to cough a bit. Not a big deal, but it's something I've seen newbies do a thousand times. Costs vary. Vaporizer pens used for mary jane are usually in the $70 and up range. Vape pens used for nicotine, or e-cigs for that matter, are usually, as Hero540 mentioned, much lower in price. And while I would imagine vape pens like the one shown in your original post can be used for either, I can't say for certain since I haven't tried. But it may be something worth looking into should you consider purchasing one. The age limit for purchase would likely be the same as the age limit for cigarettes in your area. Again, as Hero540 mentioned, the jury is still out on health concerns. Most people believe them to be safer, though some argue they may do just as much harm, just in a different manner. I personally believe they are a bit healthier considering you're not inhaling smoke, you're inhaling vapor. I could be wrong, and I should note that I don't use em for nicotine products. Final inputs: If you're interested in them as a tobacco smoker, I say go for it. I know plenty of cigarette smokers who have made the switch and won't go back. It doesn't smell, and doesn't bother people around you as much, and it may just be safer. Just be careful with those liquids, because as stated above, if you get too much of that stuff on/in you, it can seriously mess you up, or even kill you. If you're interested as a reefer smoker, again I say go for it. It's a lot more discreet, without [much of a] smell, and the the high you'll get off of em vs. the amount you use is a better ratio. A couple puffs will have you feeling like you ripped a whole bowl. The problem is finding oil, which is expensive and hard to find. For either use, these are especially nice because you can use them pretty much anywhere, even indoors, without bothering people. I can tell you from experience that I've used these in subways without someone even giving a passing glance.
  4. This (and the others you've released) is great! However, I'm having a problem: the rotators don't seem to...well... rotate. Any ideas why?
  5. Not the brightest bulb in the bunch, are you?... Instead of uploading a new file and making a new page, he uploaded the new version to the same location. Dig? I assure you, ELS v8 is very much real, and very much everything the community has been waiting for.
  6. I... I can't believe it's here! It is a new era!
  7. Lol... The place where this happened is about a 15 minute drive south from me. Glad it gave the 4th PCT. something to do instead of just cruisin the beach.

  9. Well, not necessarily. The law is still the law. Technically they could be cited for it by the state, but you know that would probably never happen. There's actually a few departments around me that use forward blues too (I'm on Long Island). I always think it's such an interesting anomaly, it's nice to see R/B once in a while. Red and white is so boring IMO. lol I do wonder why they decided to go R/B, you should ask em one day!
  10. Hmmm... interesting. Note the illegal forward-facing blue lights. Yet another town that just doesn't give a crap about the lighting rules in NYS. lol

  12. Well, let's be honest... The Charger was really never a modern day muscle car. Anything with 4 doors is not a Charger in my book. BUT, the Charger name sells a lot better than "Intrepid," don't you think?
  13. It looks like a melted 2012 Charger...
  14. Honestly, from a realism standpoint, you could just leave it there. A lot of the TA's mounted on the rear decks of NYSP cars are a little bit obscured by the third brake light. Some departments just don't think too hard about placement. Will the TA fit between the lightbar and the roof? That might be a nice, unique look. One final suggestion I have: why not just ditch the TA altogether? Not every car needs a TA, you know. Just a couple ideas. :)
  15. Yup, those well-lit Suburbans and Tahoes are part of the NYPD's executive protection detail.
  16. Also, not to bump a filled request thread, but that unit is actually an NYPD unit, not Secret Service. The more you know!
