    I have a relly Crappy PC and i am gettimg 40 FPS When not recording. when i am rwcording i am getting 15 FPS and on top of that i am getting Texture loss. is there and way i can FIX THIS and get 60 FPS when not recording and 30 When Recording. NOTE* I RUN GTA ON LOW SETTINGS.
