The Lights will only work Correctly in police and police2, ELS v8 is needed, and you must add the ELS Config in the download to your ELS folder.

The model is not exactly the same as NYPD because i could not find the pictures to copy from. Nevertheless it's good for me

and i enjoyed playing with it. :)

Kinksta: I mentioned in your LAPD file you upladed recently that I was having troubles with the rotators showing up white. I did a clean install with no ENB and I get the same issue. The other lights on the cars (grill ights etc) all show up with the proper color and proper brightness, but the rotators don't seem to really have any bloom or intensity. Do you know if there's a specific value that corresponds to the rotator lights?
