  1. Now that you say that you're using wouterCallouts I'm reminded that when I used that it would crash my game A LOT. Without it I can play for about an hour without crashes but with it I crash every 10 minutes. Maybe try to remove it and see if you still crash? Also just a tip: use the "reloadscripts" command every 20 minutes or so ingame. I find that I can extend my playtime without crashes. After you reload the scripts you can press alt + p to restart lcpdfr then "forceduty" to become a cop without having to visit the copshop. It gives you a random character though but you can use a trainer to change your appearance. Cheers
  2. Its very nice. Ill be using this for a while. One problem and its not even related to the uniforms. My problem is that all the downloads are separate. You couldn't put them all in one zip? It wouldn't be a problem if there wasn't a humanity check on every download. Still though, great work with the pack.
  3. Hello, So for the guys that are having trouble with the automatic installer: Just use the manual installer. See how to do it here: ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>) For strudsen: You need to patch/update GTA 4. You have the wrong game version. It should be 1.0.7.0. When you go to your GTA 4 folder and right click GTA4.exe then go to properties, somewhere it should say what version the game is. If its anything other than 1.0.7.0 then you need to install 1.0.7.0. For the guys that can't get past RGSC I'll start this off by saying that I'm using 1.0a and that this solution will ONLY work for 1.0a. For me 0.95 RC2 - R2 wont install anymore. I get an installation failed error but thats for another post. So your sitting at your computer after a long day of work or school and you see that LCPDFR VERSION 1.0a has finally been released with all of its new KICKASS FEATURES (props to the Devs for a great mod.) So you get rid of old 0.95 RC2 - R2 and install version 1.0a. You get a soda and some chips, sit down, and with your hand shaking with excitement as well as your blood pressure rising to dangerous levels. You click play. Aannnnnnnn' that shit juss' don't work doe. It crashes the second that you tried to start it. I was getting the same problem with the LCPDFR 1.0a making the game crash with: "Grand Theft Auto: IV has stopped working" the second I click play (or play online) from RGSC. Often I would also receive a dialogue popup in the corner of my screen saying that Data Execution Prevention has terminated GTA: IV to protect my computer. I'll try to lead you through the steps I took to fix it: First of all I'm guessing that you don't have a clean GTA install anymore so... If your using steam you'll have to delete all the modded stuffs that you put into your gta folder (I usually just delete everything that isn't a folder then I delete things like: The LCPDFR folder, the Scripts folder, the ELSfolder, etc. Anything that didn't come with the game; delete it.) Then verify the integrity of your game cache by right clicking GTA in steam, going to properties, and in the second tab you'll see the verify cache button. If you don't have it for steam then just uninstall your GTA. IMPORTANT: After the uninstaller is finished, go to your GTA folder and delete any leftover mod stuff stuff that might be left it there or just delete the folder entirely. Now you can reinstall your game. After all that is done go here: (http://www.hazardx.c...ils.php?file=83) and download the latest version of scripthook then extract the entirety of the .zip into your sparkling fresh GTA root folder. Done? Ok. Now download the MANUAL install version of LCPDFR 1.0a and extract the entirety of it into your GTA root folder. If it asks to overwrite any files or folder allow it to do so. Almost done. Go into your GTA root folder and choose your ASI loader from the file that came with LCPDFR 1.0a. (Use xlive if you don't plan to play online (You cant anyway unless everyone else your with has the exact same mods as you. Plus xlive is just the more stable loader of the two) or use DSound if you plan to play with some friends.) Chose one? Good. Now go to your GTA root folder and DELETE AdvancedHookInit.asi Alright DONE. Now your GTA should launch without issue and once your in Liberty City press ALT + P to start LCPDFR. Oh, but don't stop reading yet! Since you deleted AdvancedHookInit.asi you can no longer use your sexy police issued Taser in Liberty City so I suggest that IF you want to send 50,000 volts of "authoritah" into the ballsacks of your enemies you should go here: (http://www.lcpdfr.co...fr-10/?p=204104) and manually install the taser. Or don't. This step is entirely up to you. Now your completely done! Go forth to protect, serve, and fight crime by lighting senior citizens on fire and by turning the fathers and mothers of the next generation into mushy roadkill. I hope that this helps at least one person. Attached is a PDF containing all the controls for 1.0a Cheers!
  4. Do you guys have an ASI loader? Dsound or Xlive? They're in the ASI Loader folder.
  5. Did you select an ASI loader? Make sure that your selecting either DSound or Xlive from the ASI Loaders folder.
  6. I was willing to offer you help but you acting like this here has made me unwilling.
  7. I was getting this also however it didn't crash my game. The problem went away after I deleted my vehicles.ide and replaced it with a (fresh) backup. Then reinstalled my vehicle mods. If you didn't make a backup you can use this: http://www.mediafire.com/download/vjlu0tc85juue8h/vehicles.img No viruses or anything on it. I've been using it to recover my game since last year. Also before you reinstall your vehicle mods. Try playing the game for a bit and try calling backup to see if it was infact your cars causing the crash. If it still crashes then don't call backup xD
