every time i try to start this thing it does nothing and i cant even play gta now it messed up my install how can i fix this i have reinstall windows and still no luck WTF lcpdfr SUX it does not work 

Legal copy of the game, what mods do you have installed, is GTA working without LCPDFR, are you running as administrator, did you do anything weird before this started happening?

game works without lcpd as soon as i try to run it with it just does nothing install goes smooth win 7 64 clean win install first game installed

You need to use patch 1.0.7.0 for GTA IV or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC, those are the only versions that LCPDFR works on.

If you're using those patches, then you'll have to wait for someone else to come by to help as those are the only issues I can think of at this time.  LCPDFR works fine for most people, so it's likely an issue with your game somewhere.

Did you update to 1.0.7.0?

i just bought the game from rockstar it took me 12hrs to download and not does not work with this mod

What has been said before, are you running the latest patch? Are you able to post a screenshot of your GTA IV directory?

ok game starts but the alt+p does nothing but make the screen a little fuzzy

alt+p changes screen res or something is that how to turn on the mod

No "p" does that, it changes "definition". Alt+p just happen to toggle it. You can change the keybindings in game. 

 

I'm not really sure what could be wrong now actually.

You press alt+p and then drive to a police station, just as it should say on your screen.
