Zero got a reaction from Caz1147 in How LAPD unit/car numbers work?Hello.
LAPD Vehicles are marked with a unique 5-digit shop number on the driver door and/or trunk, with the last 3 on the roof of the vehicle, which is used for rapid identification by police helicopters. The 2-digit number on the trunk corresponds to their division number.

Zero got a reaction from MichaelV in 1993 Ford Mustang GTI personally don't view LucaDiablo's comment as a hate comment, it seems more like constructive criticism to me. He's just not sugarcoating it.
Not only the skin and the emergency parts, but the actual trim has to be modified to fit the SSP as LucaDiablo was saying.
Well, I just realized you're making a GT, not a 5.0 LX SSP. In that case it could work. But it won't be possible to make a CHP or a FHP unless you remodel the GT into a 5.0, since these departments didn't use the GT. I believe an NYPD version can be made however.

Zero got a reaction from TheLocalKing in Different ModelsHow about they stop being lazy and learn how to make/convert their own? If modding worked under your opinion, we'd still be working with Rockstar's models because noone was "provided" any other unlocked models.
Honestly, it sounds so ridiculous, "spoonfeed me, I don't want to do any of the work."
It's nothing personal, just my opinion.

Zero reacted to Pengi in Different ModelsIt is getting really annoying seeing every single thread being turned into your little mod argument.
Seriously dude we get it you do not like how the modding community is going but do you need to plague this forum with your criticisms on every thread?
You are totally entitled to your opinion but to be honest, reading your posts on every thread is starting to get annoying and ruin the lcpdfr experience.
People come on here to have fun, not deal with people starting debates over every mod related thread.
Your opinion is your opinion but either take it to PM or keep it on one thread because seeing it in multiple threads, turning threads into all out arguments over and over again is getting sooooo tiring. And as c13 said, you keep saying no one is forcing us modders to upload our millionth rendition of the CVPI. But you know, no one is forcing you to come on here. And no one is forcing you to check the downloads section.
So stop plaguing the forums and either deal with it or leave. There are plenty of people around that are willing to give criticism and actually try and help. There is no need for someone like you to be here anymore since you have made it clear that all you care about is running your mouth until modders stop uploading.

Zero got a reaction from apollyon666 in Gay MarriageThis!
Watch, in 1000 years, children will be studying in schools how humans of our generation used to believe in mythical creatures like God and angels. Of how fanatical beliefs took control of our society.
The same way of how children are now studying how people believed in dragons and mummies.
On a side note, my personal belief is that aliens boned monkeys and that's how we humans were created. I mean seriously, we are so vastly intelligent compared to other animals on Earth.
I WANT TO BELIEVE
Aliens fucking pwn!

Zero reacted to corleone in Gay MarriageI'm an atheist, I can't help myself asking questions why people still belive in a old book about a talking snake, a man walking on water and and virgin births.
On a bit more serious note; to those of you who say you are against gay marrige: Why? Is it because of your religion or do you just don't like the thought of same-sex relationships?

Zero reacted to Troy in Different ModelsI am sorry sir but it isn't necessary for them to keep modding Crown Victorias only because they are available unlocked. Just in the same way as every other person on this planet doesn't keep mining because there are a lot of natural resources deep inside. Except for the fact that latter requires way more effort and patience than sticking lighbars onto a car.

Zero reacted to Gerhart67 in Ride along with Jake and JJThinking of starting a series with these two characters I'm in the middle of working on. Jake is a sheriff from the south west and JJ is his son who is a deputy from the same area. They've been invited to Liberty City to do a reality cop show that features different officers from different areas. All recordings are done in Liberty City. I have more characters in the works but I thought I would start off with these two. I usually do this for my own enjoyment but I thought I might as well share to see what becomes of it. Keep in mind that this is played as an alternate reality not our own so no real seriousness is going on, just plain fun.
My system specs are as follows :
Cooler Master HAF 932 case
Asrock P67 Extreme4 Gen3 motherboard
Intel Core i7-2600K Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz (soon to be replaced with a 3770K and water cooling, bios update allows for it)
16 Gigs G.SKILL Sniper Series system ram
EVGA GeForce GTX 680 FTW w/backplate 4GB (until I upgrade the cpu it only runs 2nd Gen, after update it will run 3rd)
3x500GB WD Hdd (updating soon)
Headset/mic from my PS3 (which hasn't been turned on in a year) Turtlebeach P11
Recording software is Action! by http://mirillis.com/en/products/action.html
Video Editing Software (not been used in first few videos yet) is Pinnacle Studio 16 Ultimate

I know the second video is pretty dark, sorry for that. It's actually the same darkness I have in the game because I've modified the visualsettings.ini.

Zero reacted to Troy in 1993 Ford Mustang GTYou have a template for it? One more thing, this is the civil car. What CHP originally ordered Ford was an SSP package and Ford had to made some significant changes to convert it into a police car, afaik. You can't just slap police equipment on a civilian vehicle and make everyone believe that its a police vehicle.
