Installing wft and wtd files
So i need to install a vehicle. Iv got lcpdfr and els installed already. The vehicle comes with wft and wtd files. I understand that there are programs for this, but spark iv refuses to work on my pc and open iv sounds way to complicated for me. And yes i have looked at the exisiting tutorials of both. Let me put it this way, i am an utter idiot when it comes to installing mods. So, how do i manually install the vehicle files? I appreciate any assistance! Regards, Rag

So im planning on buying GTA VC and SA during the steam summer sale, but i dont know where to look for mods for those games. Specifically, im looking for a lcpdfr-like mod for SA and a LAPD pack for SA. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks, Rag

Prepping for my CVBPI's Paintjob starting today.
nice. 03 rims are my personal favorite but i do think they are better than most other rims. should look nice. like they said, they will still be around since there are soooo many, but good luck getting the dough for a car right after you get your license. but start saving buddy! yea that actually be even better since 2011 will naturally be in better shape then older crown vics. plus some dept.s take better care of their vehicles or simple have better funding for doing so. which is a plus for me since the local police dept. has a ton of $ and they just fully modernized their entire fleet maybe 3 yrs ago max. so while they are now slowly replacing the old cars with the new Fords, their crown vics will all be in great shape and (at for the officers) the have the latest equipment.
