true but it is equally likely that those higher powered weapons are concentrated amongst a small group within the gang, usually their leadership. im not underestimating them, im simply being realistic about the chances. if it was a gang from a larger or more well known area i would say differently. State officials now a days would not allow it to get it that far. nor would the feds. they cant allow a gang to start fitting a war on the streets.

a gang from Allentown PA is unlikely to have assault rifles etc.

Gta now runs, but there seems to be some texture loss (city looks like its covered in fog) and it freezes if i access the pause screen. Im not sure how to fix this.

hm ok. let me double check my files then because the only they shouldnt be correct is if i misplace something. let me get back to you. EDIT - ok there is a SLOTCONTROL file within the ELS file in the main directory. there is a ELS.asi file in the main directory with a ELS configuration file under it also i figured out that i didnt have a compatible lcpdfr installed. so i fixed that and it helped a little, but it still gets stuck loading. 10-4

um i dont see an els.ini file. i have a els.asi file though im confused...what am i doing?

So i have the latest LCPDFR, ELS 8 and a complete clan pack installed and its basically maxing out my pc. When i launch the game i have a very high ping and its gets stuck on the loading in screen. I know there are things i can take out or adjust to help, i just dont what they are and dont want to make a mistake without ask people who actually know what they are doing.
