Defiantly one of my favorites! I love the strobe bar, although the emissive textures that came with it were a bit off. With an older bar using halogen scene lights, I did have to edit the white emissive to a little more worn yellow color and I did some editing to get the strobe emissive to a more realistic look both day and night. the car itself is plain but with future updates could make it one of the best ELS cars in my opinion. here are two shots with the updated light texture. Also @Officer Unlimited, if you do like the updated emissive texture, I can send it to you for the package. I will also add a video to the comments section when it finishes uploading. I wouldn't stop work on BEL. one thing I noticed with the gta community is that a lot of people do not use els. expecially with the carcols and how default lighting is now, its one less script that can save on performance and issues in the long run. Myself, I use a mix of els and BEL. it all depends on the car to me, not the functionality. a lot of people including myself love BEL.

Repair the 2015 or redownload it. I had the exact same issue on a fresh windows 10 install. also while you are at it, if you do not have them download all the redist for the dotnet and visual c++. those solved many issues I had with many games after the reformat. as soon as I installed 2015, everything worked fine.

Another note chevrons would look better if you switched sides they are on that way the center would point up -

take it a little older but not too old for some, like the Whelen Edge 9000, The Code3 MX7000 Excalibur, and the FS Streethawk. if you use these bars though, would to be best to add halogen lighting to the interior aswell to make it look accurate. atleast for one of the vehicles.

It seems to be an issue with alot of cars with custom lights. I have the issue with all of bxbugs123 cars. Best thing would to be waiting for an update to those cars. It's to the point where it turned me away from gta until things are updated as it looks terrible.

The proper procedure is to copy all of the x64 files aswell as the other update files. It took me 24 hours of troubleshooting before I realized that all of the x64s were needed in the mods folder

I would love to see a video clip of searchlight 2 and the linear texture in action. It looks awesome in picture but would love to see what it's like in actual use

with no plugins i crash at vespucci blvd and elgin ave. the crash is constant. every time i load the game no matter what vehicle i am in. once i hit that intersection, i ctd. *EDIT* From the looks of it, i crash anywhere north of vespucci blvd.

Yes it would be best to ask stinkace, but the bashing was completely not needed. This is the reason people steer away from communities like this.

can we assume you are running mods in SP? as we know multiplayer doesnt allow mods, that might be one issue. your pc may be taking a hit to load alot of multiple cars and textures, and scripts where as it doesnt in MP. ive noticed with my build, Arma 3 takes a major hit in frames when i record with any program other than Nvidia shadowplay. also i dont know what your processor compares to, I have an I7 4770k with a nvidia gtx770 and 32gb ram. one thing i notice with my gta5 is that i have to set the process to high to cut out any stuttering in the game aswell. if i dont i start to lag while running all the scripts and mods with all my settings maxed.

it isnt the indicator. i will search through to find the correct lines. although i can report that the indicator does make the traffic advisor flash as turn singles or hazards :). EDIT. Ok so it is the default light setting that controls this. but when you turn it off, you lose your emissives for police car lights altogether. :/ guess im stuck with it on.
