This texture is designed after the KCSO liveries in King County Washington. This skin is the first skin in a large pack I am releasing soon. 

If there is any interest in making this pack lore friendly (i.e: change King to Blaine,) Please let me know in the comments below. 

 

The Vehicle Pictured is the 2nd link in the readme.  Note, this is harder to install than most other textures.

Your credits are incomplet, you need to credit the people how made the parts your usingredients,. I can clearly see that your using my Express and I would like to be credited for it''

 

My bad, Mistook the file as a model and not a texture.

Sorry my bad I am not too familiar with credits you are credited in the read me, but I'll get you credited for the other parts soon

That's because the link in the "readme" (the 1st link) only directs you to where he got the model from.  You'll have to make the necessary changes once you download the vehicle files to get it to how you see the model in the pictures.

 

@aHandley217 Yes, I have interest in you making the pack lore friendly (i.e: change King to Blaine) - for those wishing to keep it in the "GTAV" theme.
