Hello. One of the textures you edited was the one with all the different light bar configurations on it correct? This is where the problem is. Since you edited it in Paint you've lost all the transparency. So instead of a see-through glass color you now have grey. You're going to have to redo that one using a different program so all transparency is not lost. Hope this helps, if your completely lost I'd be happy to do it for you. -Alex

Hello everyone. So I've decided to use a lot of Lt. Caine's work in mine just to make things easier. Here's what it looks like: Right now everything is broken up into different parts (brakes, doors, etc.). So now I need a little lesson on adding the textures to the model. Thanks for any help in advance.

Well modeling and scripting are two very different things. It's bad enough we have only a select few people with the knowledge to scratch model. Scripting is a totally different story.

Okay, sorry. I wasn't trying to be a douche. Also, what I wanted to say before I left, is there's really only one way you can model the body. So now people have started making variations because they know how. You can't yell at them for trying. Although I do understand they're low quality and could be done better, but still. Nobody in their right mind is going to remodel a car that's already out there. Plus I kinda disagree about you taking down those videos. You put the video up intending to teach people how to model, they watched it, learned from it, and now you took it down because you don't like what they're putting out. Now people like me who are trying hard to make something of quality from scratch have nothing to reference. I'm not just talking about you specifically, a lot of other people are doing the same. It's screwing over all new modelers.

Who are you to say whether or not I'll be able to help him out?

Bingo! That's exactly the reason why we keep getting variations of the same thing. It's a whole heck of a lot easier to glue parts together than make something new from scratch. All these repetitive models is what convinced me to learn how to model so I could make something new for once. Right now I'm working on a bunch of fire trucks. Honestly, if you have some time, sit down and learn a few things. That's what I did and really modeling isn't as hard as it seems. Plus you have a million and a half people on here who can help you. If you can get a hang of it then you can make exactly what you want, exactly how you want it. I encourage you to try!

So.... I downloaded this, put it in and discovered my computer can't run it. After hours of tampering with my files I finally just decided to reinstall the game. Now it doesn't load at all? Am I missing something stupid? EDIT: FIXED IT! THANKS NOBODY.
