  1. Well the graphics card is weak. I know everyone thinks GTA IV is a cpu hog but I run currently a stock 2.4ghz intel q6600 and i put a Nvidia gtx 560 and i get a solid 28-78fps at 1920x1080 on a 46inch tv, and thats with a sick enb ill include a screen shot. I would upgrade your graphics card. maybe try to stretch your budget out to 400, I see its a budget system but trust me if your wanting best bang for your buck upgrade the graphics card cause i bet you will end up playing more than just grand theft auto on it aswell, and you know you wanna be gta 5 ready :P
