Installation:

Use SparkIV or OpenIV to import all files in the "Vehicle Files" folder into GTAIVpcmodelscdimagesvehicles.img.

Move ExtrasELS Confighwp_slicktop.ini into your GTAIVELS directory and set the file value from [ NOOSE ] and [ POLPATRIOT ] to hwp_slicktop in your els.ini.

Credits:

- Charger model by Turn 10 Studios/Forza 4, converted to GTA IV by KevinDV and aznairsoftdude, using parts converted to GTA:SA by Grimm.

- Charger Hood and Bumper converted by KevinDV.

- Charger Setina Rambar by Turn 10 Studios/Forza 4, modified and converted by aznairsoftdude.

- Tahoe model from GTA SA by Alex, converted to GTA IV by KevinDV, modified by Cj24.
