Peds are pretty good quality, no issues there. Obviously it's not exact/realistic because it's the prison guard model, but unless you have the skills to edit models there's not too much you can do there. 2 stars because of your misuse of preview photos- big dick move to have a CAR that won't be/isn't released as the PRIMARY FIGURE (seriously, the ped isn't even in some of them) in photos for your PED. If you wanted to make it 'realistic' to LV like you say as justification, just use one of the many released LV skins for one of the many released CVPIs or something. Not really clickbait, just really annoying.- 19 comments

What directory does the OIV install to? I'm trying to replace this uniform with another one in x64e/models/cdimages/componentpeds_s_m_y, however it's not working. Meaning the OIV installed the files somewhere else that is taking precedence over the default directory. Nevermind, just found it in patchday9. On another note, I know it seems like a weird request but is there anyway to 'fuse' the options together? I'd like to be able to wear the duty belt w/gun & nightstick AND the drop leg holster at the same time. Is there any way you could make that happen?- 273 comments

Hey gents So, I've been tweaking the visuals of my GTAV and have a question. In videos I see of people playing, the lights on their cars are hella bright. Mine however, are not, and I can't seem to find a fix. I'm running VisualV & Radiance V, the two visual mods the sample screenshot I'm using as a comparison is running. This is what I want my lights to look like: And this is what my lights do look like What settings do I need to tweak in order to get my lights to be very bright?

Great mod!! Just wondering, is there a way to make the wig wags stay on during with 'hi-beam' lights? I usually like to have the lights on hi-beam so the spotlight on my car is on, however the wig wags turn off on hi-beam.- 246 comments

Once I had a guy named 'Dally Duck' or something as the witness in the 'assault' callout, later in that session I got a 'welfare check' call for the same guy. He was DOA. RIP Dally. Seriously, I love the immersion & ped persistence, as well as how the database works in general. Miles ahead of what GTA IV/LCPDFR was in my opinion. What are the chances?

I got Ben Sherman on a 'arrest warrant' call once. Ped actually looked like him too. It was freaky. Kept the thin blue line & blue wall of silence in tact and cut him loose after I called code 4. Blue falconry simply isn't my style.

Hello modders, I have a request of you. So I've found plenty of CVPIs with all kinds of different setups, lightbars, rims, etc. But, I haven't found any in the particular style I like, specifically for the lightbar. What I'm looking for is one of the newer CVPI models with the silver hubcaps, or 'LAPD' style rims, but with the red & blue lightbar from the default police transporter. A weird request I know, but I've always liked that LB and I'd like to see it on my favorite car, the CVPI. Not sure about the possibility/plausibility of this, but I'd also like to see lights in the grille (like this car: https://img.gta5-mods.com/q95/images/michigan-state-police-cvpi/e44f47-2015-11-25_00002.jpg), a traffic advisor (like the Orange lightbar seen on the lifeguard vehicle?) On the top of the rear windscreen, & the usual strobing taillights featured on most cars. I'm not sure the feasibility of some of those requests, as I know there is a limit to the amount of lights that can be put on any given vehicle. Of course, like most of the models out there, I'd like the basic lot of police equipment. Siren console/radio on the centre console, laptop on the centre, radio and RADAR sitting on the dash, shotgun rack, cage between front & rear cabin, etc. If you really want to be my hero, a nice looking push bar (like the SETINA ones I've seen around), one of the small push bars that go on the rear bumper of vics (ex: http://www.imcdb.org/i315216.jpg) and ANPRs on the trunk lid & side of the lightbar (like this: http://media.nj.com/camden_impact/photo/2011-12-05-09-27-34-622jpg-426b011c6cd7b96b.jpg) would make you a god in my eyes. As far as skins go, the model would just need to fit the skins from the F5544/POLICESCO/etc so I can put my desired texture that fits that template on. Don't get me wrong I did try to work zmodeler to do this myself, however to my understanding what you people do might as well be witchcraft. Beats me how you guys pull this stuff off. If any of you want to make a LE enthusiasts who is modding impaired's day, I'd beg of you to take on this project and I'll be forever greatful. Thanks, -Fairburn

For this car, honestly, you can go wild with the lightbar. In-game it flashes red, white and blue. Also, I recently got ELS to work so an ELS lightbar would be good. Theres also lights on the front bull-bar that flash, along with the standard headlights and tailights. Sorry for being so inaccurate, I'm a complete dummy when it comes to modding. Also, a full vehicle would be nice because I've been having some issues installing textures lately. Thanks for the help guys!!
