your another threads was closed . so i continue on here , you can download zmodeler2 or 3dmaxs , these are 2 programme that most modder here use. you can go zmodeler2 website and look for tutorial or you can look in youtube . but for me 3dsmax is rather easy to learn . but you will need to import in to zmodeler2 to convert and make it to wft files . if what i say , help you out please click on this Green arrow Up . thanks you

i do not know how you think of this ideas . i got a few ideas , more communication --- let say we got call out , we can choose whether we want another police resources/patrol car to follow you to the scene . ID check on passenger and driver . currently we can only check the Driver during traffic stop . it would be good if we can check the passenger as well . and check id on ground too.

i have read before the threads you mention . as i have say , i have reinstall the EFLC severals , still it cant work . even using the stock(original) and i do not install any mods yet . and yet still it cant

Hi everyone here , as above have stated , what cause this SMPA60 error . Everytime I open the Game , when i have finish loading the game . when i open the door of my apartment , and want to go out . the game crashes . it stated smpa60 error . even thought i restore all my police car mods back to the original police car wtd and wft . still it crash . i tried at about 12 times . i delete all my (Mods)ENB , ELS , IVDASHCAM , Area livery , Crime mods and etc . And BTW just to let you know , I have reinstall the whole game 2 time , but still crash and have this error From what i have search throughtout google . what i read from some site , people comment that Do not save a Mod police car outside the save slot . it will crash the game .

how do i solve it , sometime i will get the smpa60 error too . i have it replace it back with all the original police wtd ,police wft files / but still is not working . i have also remove / delete the ELS V6 and i am now using ELS V5

I have no ideas on this , But i think if you have no problem with running EFLC or GTA 4 . it should not any problem with running LCPDFR

HI everyone there , i need some help in this , How do i install Mods in EFLC . and where to put the Visual setting ( luminescene mods ) there is no readme . how do you solve this error . for example some mods only have the readme for gta 4 . its doesnt state how to install it and make it work for EFLC , TGOBT , TLAD . for example , if i am using ENB , some enb mod file only have the PC and common data for gta 4 . how to make it work it in EFLC , TGOBT or TLAD . is it by using by copy this PC and Common data files for GTA 4 and paste and replace it with the EFLC ,TGOBT ,TLAD PC and common data folder , currently i am playing EFLC , so where do i paste the visual settings , time cycles and popcycle and etc . some ppl say do not touch the EFLC PC and common data . Just Copy the files and replace in TGOBT folder i will post some videos and pic to more clearly explained what is my error in a short time
