My desktop PC had similar problems, which have been on and off for about a year. My PC recently just crashed. The motherboard died. The cause was having my memory near full capacity or in the red zone for a long time. That took a toll on my motherboard. Now my PC is unrepairable. Have to get another PC, luckily my memory is intact and can be saved.

You can try to recolor the lights in the png file. Just recolor the coreponding lights matching the lightbar setup/design. However, that can't always be done. It might be mapped for ex. all red. Then you have to change the color in Zmodeler, if possible. That looks like ELS 8, if he has ELS 7 then it won't work.

I have Win 8 on my laptop. It happens when I play older games, not designed for win8. Those messege pop-ups will stack many times. On some games, the program keeps going back to the desktop like every 30sec while it's still running, probably because of the pop-ups from Cyberlink. The "latter" pisses me off.

I destroyed a car I found in the forest, blew it up and got a star. Some times shooting randomly in the forest you will get stars. Some how they got a "report call" by 911.

Damn, I have the Xbox 360 version. Maybe there is going to be an update? Why do they all share the same Phaser/Hyperyelp tone? Rockstar is getting away with being cheap. It's even the same tone from GTA IV.
