Whats the difference between Midmounts, Quints and Tillers? they all have about the same amount of ladder length. Most quints are 75', midmounts and tillers are 100' plus. I'm guessing tillers have more space? Which is the reason why there a tiller rescue trucks...

Most countries in the world use European style fire apparatus and ambulances or at least small type apparatus. It seems that they have more use for an American vehicles. Are American firetrucks better then the smaller European firetrucks? If so, how? Firetruck pics from E-One website. Trucks sold to Saudi Arabia. Oil companies, Military etc... Well I read somewhere that the firetruck was built in America by Rosenbauer, but the ladder being German, it had to be installed in German or something along those lines. It's real obvious that a European ladder, rare to North America, be built in Europe. The ladder is a common EU design. It's the same with North American police/fire/ems vehicles being brought by foreign countries. Where ever the factories are, that's where there made. the only way it could be made by a different company is by licensing. This happens a lot with firearms.

Nice Whelen Edge, but wrong vehicle. I don't mind a Smartcar being used as a police car. it's also good for traffic enforcement. Nice n' small.

Youtube works better now, but sometimes it jumps between high and low, but keeps the audio same even in low quality. What could be the problem?

I finally got my internet working. All I needed was a new modem, my old one was out dated by 4-5 years, which might be why it stopped working. I can't remember how access the internet ports options. I think I have to change that from 11 to 1 or 2 to make my internet up to speed. I remember doing something like this before. I can barely watch 480p and youtube would lower down the quality and other problems also occur. Before i could watch 720 with no problem(1080 no way). However regular internet searching like Google or LCPDfr would work fine.

BCAS use the Carson Cruiser siren, yet on some of the ambulances they have Whelen siren speakers. Experimental BCAS camper ambulance for off-road/ rural use. Only 2 were made. They never saw real service. I can't believe back then that some departments used civilian models, especially the military. They even used a car from Budget. At least now they use police models, with better equipment.
