Very good and nice special effects Are body cams HD? What about quality of sound? Should it sound a bit scratched? Don't use Fraps. It uses a lot of memory for recording. For a 4 minute HD video, it takes hours to upload and is a few gigs. I only use it for screenshots. Use Bandicam. I wish I could, I can't seem to get it to work while in game.

My internet is intermittent and slow. It started about 3 days ago. My PC and my laptop is having the problem. I am doing a virus scan, so far nothing. When I am idle on my desktop, the internet is fine. Once I open a browser or a program that uses internet, the problem would start. It's making me hard to search for help on the internet, watch youtube videos, LCPDFR etc...

There is no difference between police helicopters and Boeing/Airbus passenger jets. Police copters have 2 pilots, and big jets have about 200 people. Both are bad, but 200 people is worse than 2.
