Yes, I went back to 0.12. Works like it should now at least for me.

Latest version of RAGE caused this for me, I down graded back and going to stay there for now.

​I haven't tried any mods yet or even dragged in script hook. But If i needed to, Steam doesn't allow me to disable updating. Does putting it in offline mode do the trick?

​Exactly. Its almost a guarantee that LSPD:FR's first release will no doubt top their first release. ​I played for about 30 minutes to give it a chance. Obviously you have to start somewhere but I agree that it seems they changed some easy things around and quickly made it public. Thats what makes them and LSPD:FR different. Im sure LSPD:FR's first release will be way more enjoyable, even if they have only a few things to do because they take pride in their mod for sure and it shows. LSPD:FR > SAPD:RR

This is the kinda stuff that makes me love LSPD:FR. You guy work hard and pay attention to detail. Your first release will be outstanding and probably playable to hours. Everything already looks fantastic and if the arrest animations are as amazing as they look, then its going to be hella fun!

Seems like they are trying to hard to be first to do everything. In my opinion its not really worth playing right now.

Yeah I know, i figured this out while playing around with it... I couldnt find another Tahoe unlocked. If anyone could give me a link to a better one I would use that one instead unless im an idiot and completely missed one lol. and I didnt choose the Suburban because of how long it was lol

My first attempt at adding lights and modifiying lights. I pretty much used the heck out of the Axixtech Commander by Corleone. Modifiying the lights to make the side mirror 2 small lights and the 2 lights on the pushbar. Created the rear lightbars also out of the Axixtech Commander and then finally using the normal Axixtech Commander lightbar in the back hatch. I used the commander in everything to mod the lighting cause im still learning and I just wanted to make a vehicle quickly to see how it was and to learn the step process and learn zmodeler. I used the Whelen Liberty lightbar from PFCBarefoot, Antennas by PriMan, Rhino pushbar by Bxbugs123, Rockwell Collins Laptop by Bxbugs123 and the Whelen SA314 Series Siren Speakers by Bxbugs123.
