Rescue Alley on the German Autobahn (Fatal Accident)
Yeah, a volunteer red cross department near our FD did that, too. They use a BMW motorcycle (dont know the exact model) to provide some first aid on scene. But as easy as it is to bring a some personnel and a First Aid kit to the scene, the more complicated is it to bring in the heavy equipment. In Germany, the whole system is based on the 'Golden Hour of Shock', so the patient has to be extricated, treated on scene, transported and turned over to hospital personnel within one hour. But this system becomes obsolete, when Fire and Rescue need almost half an hour to arrive on scene. I like the idea to use motorcycles as First Responders. But when it comes to heavy equipment like Jaws of Life, stabilizing systems or fire suppression gear, the idea becomes infeasable. Sadly.

Rescue Alley on the German Autobahn (Fatal Accident)
I'm a German Firefighter and EMT. This happenes every f*cking time we have to respond to different highways. Cars are standing on all 3 lanes and no one bothers to clear the lane to let through any emergency vehicle. We had accidents where the FF's of both our engine and rescue (German: Löschgruppenfahrzeug und Rüstwagen) had to walk to the scene, because both trucks were blocked by traffic. It took us about half an hour to clear two lanes and get our heavy equipment through to the scene. As far as I know, one of the people injured in that accident died at the scene. Luckily our Highway Police accepts complaints from the local FD's, so if someone blocks us, we can get him fined by the cops. That doesnt help in the situation, but maybe those guys will never block Emergency vehicles again. But to fully enforce laws like this, we need more cops and much higher fines. Most people only seem to care when there is a fine that actually hurts them in their wallet. Our Fire Department ordered a Fast Rescue Vehicle (German: Vorausrüstwagen), that is much smaller than a regular rescue, because its not based on a truck, but a regular van. It is the first truck that responds to a MVA and can provide some first aid, fire suppression and even extrication until the big trucks arrive. That truck is in service since 2008 and has saved many lives during that time.

VW Passat B7 German Police 2015
Actually a pretty good model, I like skin too, since I live in Rlp (Rhineland-Palatinate), where the skin is from. But actually I noticed a few things that aren't correct. First of all, the Police Forces in Germany mostly use the newer B8 variant of the VW Passat for their 2015 patrol cars. Second, the light bar has a tiny little red light that flashes when the Pull over sign is activated. In Germany its used as a 'stopping light' to make drivers aware of the police car trying to pull them over. Its located on the front left (driver's) side of the lightbar, just between the Stop sign and the blue light. Its integrated into Hella's newest lightbar, the RTK-7, which several police forces in Germany use for their cruisers. It seems to be a pretty nice model though, and I'm sure I'll use it in my german fleet. Maybe later you could publish a skin pack for your model with different liveries from different states (NRW, Bayern, Berlin, Hamburg, etc) and from different departments (Autobahn/Highway, Bundespolizei, etc). If you have any questions, just ask me ;-)

Use mods and still be able to play online?
As unr3al said, R* told that mods are welcomed in Singleplayer. But if you use mods online, it can result in a ban, once R* notices it or someone reports you. The ScriptHook by Alexander Blade will automatically disconnect you, once you try to go online. But I wouldn't rely on it. So if you have mods installed, make sure you remove them manually from your game folder, just to be sure. R* however didn't say something whether or not it's allowed to use mods online in a private lobby, just with your friends. I think, they will come up with a solution for this, maybe a big fat "!!!ATTENTION, MODS ALLOWED IN THIS LOBBY!!!" for some lobbies. All we can do for now is sit back and wait until R* answeres that question. Snack Time
No. He's the dog (by using SNT) and attacks the cop. For attacking/killing a cop, he got a 3-star wanted level. It only works with Alexander Blade's Simple Native Trainer.

Rockstars saying about mods in Singleplayer.
Well, instead of asking questions 'bout singleplayer mods, they should have asked if there will ever be a way to use mods in multiplayer without getting banned. In a private lobby maybe...
